This is hands down the best laundromat in Brooklyn. It's always clean and the workers are always helpful. I'd like to say a special thank you, thank you, thank you to Seth. He's so kind and always willing to help any and everyone. He's a hard worker and he takes pride in his job. I hope the boss knows how much of an asset he is .

This was my first time at Laundry House & everything was great. The staff working here was very nice & helpful. I had the $20 credit for first time customers & the guy working here helped me to activate it with no issues & also assisted me with using the washer & dryers. My clothes were washed & dry properly in no time.

Kofi the overnight employee is very informative in regard to the laundromat he was Constantly cleaning the establishment while helping others that are in here which is a plus the Machines are fully operational nothing in between A++

Very clean place. Clothes came out very clean and felt sanitized! Super kind staff and owners. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and also the extra walk if you’re not super close for cleaner clothes. Very efficient machines! My medium load only needed 20 mins of drying! And lots of machines, too!

Great laundry choice if you can make it! Seth was really kind and helpful and made the process of getting my laundry card easy. It was pretty busy when I went but since the machines move fast, I didn’t wait too long to get machines! I’m very pleased

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. Fast, high quality and clean space. They also have free WiFi so that you can browse the web or get some work done. I will be coming here for all my laundry needs!

Really cool laundry everything so new and clean, they have 3 different sizes washing machines and 2 sizes for the drying machines. It was my first time going so they gave me a test 20$ for free. They also have a folding space. The staff member was very nice and helpful. I will come back on my next laundry day

This was my first visit to Laundry House Laundromat, and I was pleasantly surprised. The owner welcomed me and took the time to walk me through how everything works, which made the whole process simple. I also received a $20 welcome credit on my card, which was a nice bonus. The laundromat itself is very clean…the floors, machines, and folding tables were all spotless. I even saw staff sanitizing while I was there, which gave me peace of mind. The washers and dryers are easy to use, and the folding tables are spacious enough to spread things out comfortably. There are also chairs provided, so you can sit and relax while waiting. On top of that, I received a text notification when my washer and dryer cycles were done, which made the whole experience even easier. Another convenience is being able to add value to your laundry card with either cash or a debit/credit card, so there’s no hassle if you don’t have change on hand. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience. I left with my laundry done quickly and without any stress, and I’ll definitely be back.
